We are situated in the heart of Bournemouth, the West Cliff, so you only have a couple of minutes walk to your destination whether it is the town centre, beach or Bournemouth International Centre.
All of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, central heating, colour satellite television, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. If you require ironing facilities they are available on each floor.

From the A338 (Wessex Way) follow local signs for West Cliff, Town Centre and Bournemouth International Centre.
This will lead you to West Cliff Road. We are situated on the left hand side of West Cliff Road.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 55 percent of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
